Collection is FREE. Some items can be posted (not cupcakes and cakes) Please always check your orders before leaving or when delivered as the cakes then become your responsibility. |

When you place an order your details will be put in the diary as to be confirmed. 50% deposit is required to secure your order. NO DEPOSIT NO ORDER!
Please allow enough time to have your personalised items ordered and delivered. If your deposit is late this causes a delay for this. Once items leave my premises, it becomes the customer's responsibility. Pictures are sent prior to collection to show finished product. It is a customer's responsibility to hold, secure, and travel with a cake as advised. Zupcakes will not be held responsible for any accidents that occur once the cakes have left. |
Any cakes or cupcakes ordered with less than 7 days notice will incur a charge.
